Demolition Starts on the Lockhart Buiding

Watch as Old Marshfield is transformed in to a new vibrant shopping district. Taking down the Lockhart Building is just the first step towards that goal.

Lockhart Building Demolition to Begin

New directions for Old Marshfield begin with the demolition of the Lockhart Building. Tentative start date is 12/6/2010.

When the demolition is complete, the building next to the Lockhart will have a new facade. It will be available for lease in February 2011. For leasing information, call Gary Rifkin at 541-543-0875.
